Notice how @xwanyex is correct in the long term, and the quoted tweet is correct in the short term. The problem is that if we only care about the short term, we regress to the level of change that can happen in the short term, ie, near null. Long term change requires long-term evaluations.

"What's with the hysteria? Most of the 60,000 migrants who broke through the border barriers to pillage a European town for a few days have already left. Nothing happened in Ceuta."
The hysteria over the Ceuta rush recently has been so stupid and is a perfect example of how the right wing is fundamentally a child entertained by shaken keys Ceuta is not part of Schengen, so that entire discussion didn’t matter, and 48 of the 60 thousand have returned

"Tucker also paid a visit to a Russian Burger King, where he ate the best burger of his life: “I don’t know what they put in those burgers, folks, but I suspect it’s a little sprinkle of Putin’s secret seasoning.” Clearly, it wasn’t Polonium, because he returned to the United States." "Laura Loomer's U-turn is generating a very favourable response towards Ukraine amongst her followers, and several conservative influencers have admitted to having been manipulated by Russian propaganda as well. The medium- and long-term effects of these changes of heart remain to be seen, but politically they may translate into much greater support for Ukraine’s defence." “I remember that Russian propaganda was so widespread in the United States and our information about what was happening in Ukraine was so novel that we were dismissed as a ‘conspiracy theory’, but in the end, the truth prevails and people believe you because the truth is stronger than a lie. That is its power,” says @MooreUSA. I'm loving this. The Iranian regime supplied Russia with attack drones and the technology that enabled Russia to scale up their mass production. The North Korean regime openly sent troops to fight against Ukraine, while also supplying Russia with vast quantities of artillery ammunition, ballistic missiles, and self-propelled artillery systems. The Belarusian regime allowed Russia to use its territory to launch the assault on Kyiv, handed over military stockpiles, and continues to host relay stations that help guide Russian drones striking Ukrainian cities every single day. But GOD FORBID Ukraine strikes back and targets a single Iranian ship in the Caspian Sea as part of its campaign against Russian transportation infrastructure. Now that's automatically WORLD WAR III!!!!!!!!!!!

Tikai Latvijas žurnālistu asociācijas vadītāja (!) to nesaprot!

Nu, nez vai vajadzēja rekonkistēt un izraidīt. Lolita Tomsone savulaik rakstīja, ka Spānijā dzīve zem islāma nav bijusi pārāk slikta — tāda mierīga bijusi. Un droši vien netika pieļauta naida runa.👍

It’s funny how racist and hateful commies get towards the Baltic countries. It’s seen as an acceptable prejudice cause they are white and rejected Soviet communism

I'm not a racist. I'm a culturalist I believe some cultures are superior to others For example, I prefer cultures that do not encourage wife beating, paedophilia, clitorectomies, stoning and constant inflation of the male ego I am also aware of the difference between Islamoscepticism and Islamophobia Notice that hate does not come into this Only moral preferences
What do you think about John Cleese ?? 🇬🇧🇬🇧 A) True British Patriot 🟢 B) A Racist who hate Muslims 🔴

The level of gaslighting we've had in the last 24 hours is absolutely off the charts. You can fuck off with this shit: - "Cueta is in Africa so it's not really Spain" Pearl Harbor is in the middle of the Pacific Ocean so it's not really the US then? - "A lot of them have gone home" If 60,000 people break into your home and then leave that is better than them all squatting in your home permanently, but they still broke into your house. - "They're refugees fleeing the climate crisis" (James O'Brien came up with this gem) No, they're not. If I was fleeing the climate crisis, I'd bring my wife and kids, not 59,999 other men. They want a better life. They can apply for a visa and if they meet our rules, we'll decide which ones we want to accept and which we do not. Otherwise they're queue-barging and can fuck off. - They can't get from to Cueta to mainland Europe because there's a stretch of water and a border there. Uhh, we're letting boatloads of illegal immigrants into Britain on the daily. There is absolute no evidence European countries have any desire to enforce their borders. - It's not a migrant invasion, it's just Morocco doing it on purpose Oh, it's an *organised* invasion. What a relief. Fuck my life.

Seriously, why can't these commies see that their own actions are inviting this. Why do they feel that they right to draw the rest of us into their suicidal solidarity?

Remember when, just yesterday, the BBC called it "hundreds" in spite of the fact it was clear that it was in the thousands? Also, stop calling these people "migrants". These are "military aged males entering illegally" ... or "invasion force" -- whatever works. Anyway. Spain has a marine corp of a little more than 5,000. It also has "The Legion" of another 5,000. Their gendarmerie is over 90,000 for the whole nation ... I'll let you do the math from there.
About 49,000 migrants entered Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco in 24 hours, officials estimate bbc.in/4pMI7VQ
