⚡️ Lithuanian athlete Kornelija Dūdaitė was disqualified from the Functional Fitness World Championship in Hungary for wearing a shirt reading “Make Russia small again.” Her act was a protest against Russian athletes competing under a neutral status, despite displaying their country’s symbols. Following her disqualification, the Lithuanian team withdrew entirely, citing organizers’ failure to enforce neutrality rules. Dūdaitė stated she prioritized values over competition, criticizing the double standards applied to Russian athletes.

The guy behind the shameful "Russian Heritage Night" promotion at NHL rinks. A Florida-based real-estate agent. I actually know him quite well. He is from Moldova but a major Putin fan and has made it his goal to promote pro-Russian narratives in America through hockey.

A tiny but very important victory, that helped save lives. Unfortunately, @NHL remains, along with @atptour and @WTA , the biggest advertisement for Russian imperialist war and crimes in the world of sports (and is responsible for the lives lost and maimed in Ukraine). This (war advertisement) will remain the case as long as those Russian citizens - hockey players, who have not publicly condemned Russia's aggressive war are allowed to play (and of course they must act accordingly). And thanks to everyone for the support. We all did it together (special to @SlavaMalamud )
The event has been cancelled!!! We all did it!!! Thank you ❤️

Clear evidence shows that Georgescu's campaign was illegally boosted by an army of Russian bots. The article fully explains how this is a tactic in Russia's hybrid warfare strategy in Europe, read the full article for details. occrp.org/en/news/calin-geor…

#Tbilisi Now: On the 13th day of nonstop protests across Georgia, Tbilisi remains crowded with demonstrators. Georgian Dream continues its campaign of intimidation, carrying out arbitrary arrests at protests, on the streets, and even in private homes. Nearly 500 people have been arrested over the past 12 days, with more than 300 reporting beatings or torture. Over 90 journalists have faced physical violence and obstruction, and more than 80 have been hospitalized. Georgian Dream is pushing to legitimize terror, not only in Tbilisi but throughout the country. Despite the horrors, people refuse to back down—not because these events aren’t terrifying, but because they are determined to prevent Georgia from becoming Russia. Video: Natalia Vakhtangashvili

And the new Syrian flag already goes up in the Syrian embassy in Moscow. Not even the people got changed. You will see that Moscow will soon recognize the new Syrian government as well, in hopes to appease the new leader. Many will ask, „how is this even possible?“ It is possible because of Russia‘s nihilistic cynicism. There are no red lines. What was yesterday a commandment, is tomorrow something for the trash bin. The dogs bark and the caravans move on. The Kremlin and especially Putin play with fears, but they (have to) accept when somebody calls their bluff. Russian scarecrow tactics are meant for the weak-minded and when you fall for it, then you better question your critical thinking skills. Too many in the West are too naive to properly comprehend the complexity of the world problems and this episode at the Syrian embassy will expose them once more.

The collapse of the Assad regime is for Russia a far worse catastrophe than most realize. It will take me many posts and you will see more and more like this coming the coming days and weeks. Here, I will show the implications on Africa. As it is well known, one of Russia's "business models" is to prop up dictatorships and putschist regimes all around the globe, including Africa. Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and the Central African Republic are just a few to name of. The Sudanese Civil war is even directly kept on fire by Russia. The latest peace process by the UNSC was stopped by Russia's veto. War and suffering are not only a good business for the Russian war industry, the only operational industry in Russia, but especially for their most infamous mercenary group, Wagner. In exchange for Russia's help, to prop up those scourge regimes across Africa, Wagner received direct control of lucrative deals for mining operations, especially gold and blood diamonds. The exploitation operations are executed in the most ruthless way, with utter disregard on human life, killing locals and foreigners alike, even Chinese worker. After all, this has always been Wagner number one revenue. However, logistically, Russia always relied on the Syrian bases to fly out the riches and fly in mercenaries. They always had to pass Khmeimim when going in either direction. It is also safe to assume that much of the operations in Africa were coordinated in Khmeimim. Without this base, all operations in Africa were virtually impossible or the very least much harder to accomplish. And harder means, more expensive. This "business model" could only thrive for as long as the puppet Assad was in Damascus, which as we all know is history. What this will mean for the putschist regimes and Wagner alike, remains to be seen, but it might give the African people suffering under them and Wagner a new chance to get rid off the Russian influence, the same way as the Syrian people ended it.

The police just walk by Titushky that hold batons, after citizens forcing them to react and their initial inaction. More evidence of police-thug cooperation. The first scene is the later development, and there's a throwback after a few seconds. People tell the police that "they are over there" and they beat people, but... #terrorinGeorgia #GeorgiaProtests @SecBlinken @StateDeptSpox @kajakallas @vonderleyen
