I worked few weeks on tinybench. It is now about 3 kb smaller. also fully tested in @deno_land and @bunjavascript. + now without any external deps. Also performance of processing the samples should be significant faster and significantly less memory usage.

Whoa, I really hate the original YT app. auto dubbing is such a shit feature of YT and not being able to change back to original language is just stupid. I use an alternative client which can avoid this crap. God thanks for the alternative...

Jeremy Miranda, supposedly a @Deloitte employee, creating garbage issues on OSS-projects. Basically @claudeai generated text. He does not verify the suggestions. Also the benchmarks are hallucinations. I recommend to just close the issues as AI slop. github.com/jdmiranda

Interesting. they even deleted the issue?...
ok so there is another fake one from Hardhat; please always triple check the extensions you install: - https://open-vsx[.]org/extension/NomicFdn/hardhat-solidity (do not touch!) the namespace was claimed here: github.com/EclipseFdn/open-v…, the legit extension was downvoted at the same time they released the other fake one. From a quick glance it's exactly the same approach as documented earlier for the other solidity extension.

Marketing of @bunjavascript : "Don't worry, it's just a drop-in replacement for Node" Actually isnt. I use bun to detect race conditions and other strange behavior in code. And by getting the same code working in node and bun, it gets more stable.

NOOOOO. I found and fixed various issues with sonarjs on undici and was creating various PRs to slowly adapt them... Laptop turned off because of empty battery, the stashed changes are gone... I am so sad now...

Reducing amount of promises in undici feels sooo good. But will we ever be able to remove the promise hell of webstreams in node core?

Is it me, or is claude sonnet 4 a better programming AI than chatGPT 4? I am close to grab my CC to buy my first paid plan for an AI. WTF.

🧵 It's 3 AM. Your app is making the same API calls thousands of times. Rate limits are hitting. Timeouts everywhere. Your makeshift Map() cache is eating all your RAM. There's a better way. Let me show you how we got 550x faster responses with undici-cache-redis 👇
