If you're wondering about Tamagui + RSC, see this 🧵
In short - we support it already and we're making progress towards server-only mode.
But actually it may surprise you to know that won't actually benefit nearly anyone re performance.
RSC works today, that PR was just an exploration into doing it fully server-side.
I don't think we ever promised it, but we did find that when the React team removed createServerContext we'd have to make a lot of sacrifices and a ton of code change to support it. Things changed.

If you were seeing an issue with "mini-css-extract" plugin after upgrading Tamagui recently -
We have a potential fix in v1.112.23, it was really tricky, and we're not 100% sure this is the fix so let us know if it does the trick.

Good point. I don’t remember starting any kill campaigns. I do remember large customers telling us about the runtime cost of some CSS-in-JS solutions hurting their apps though. I think Tamagui has been very thoughtful about perf and perhaps “CSS-in-JS” is not doing it justice
