By design, @stitchesjs themes are composable. You can create multiple themes that only impact different scales, then compose them together
For example, a colour-related theme + a typography-related theme

For any given HTML page compiled statically from JSX and hydrated with React, ideally, the first run of React matches the DOM of the rendered HTML.
But what about the second pass?
The useEffect pass?
How do you measure the performance of just that?
