The first screenshot of a server-side rendered (ssr) ionic app, which uses shadow dom 👻. Output is only html/css, and inlined styles are scoped to the re-created shadow dom nodes. Clientside JS will then hydrate existing nodes that were already created by the prerendered dom.

I am becoming even more bullish on using web components for design systems. It makes A LOT of sense.
Reusable containers of JS/CSS/Markup that are portable. And they work with any website or application no matter the JS libraries or frameworks involved.

The individual components' code is NOT in the main bundle, though! It's dynamically imported _only if_ the implementer actually uses that HTML custom element on the page! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
