Fun to start using Ionic v4 within our documentation website. I don't mean adding them to a webapp or a demo, but just adding our components to a content website's html and they just kick in. No framework or build required.
You still ask yourself why #webcomponents are awesome?
I didn't touched my web social share component for the past 6 months. I didn't had too, but I updated my dependencies today 👉 it took me 2min
No conflicts, no issues, no upgrade, just @stenciljs and done 🚀

Debugging existing issues is one of the best way you can contribute to open source (and learn in the process), once the root of the problem is pinpointed, the fix usually comes easy!

cool thing: the nutrition label in the shipt mobile app (built with @Ionicframework) and the shipt web app (built with @reactjs) is a @stenciljs web component we reuse in both places.
As promised a side-by-side comparison of @Sworkit v8 vs v9 on iOS
@Ionicframework
Left v8: ionic v1, angularjs, and cordova
Right v9: ionic v4, @stenciljs , and @getcapacitor
All live on iOS, Android, and Web using one codebase.
2019 wishlist for a React framework 🤞
📦 Small initial vendor bundle
✂️ Automated code-splitting (route/component)
💰 JS perf budgets (dev/prod)
⚡️ Constraints to stay on the fast path
🍽 Differential bundling ES2015+
💄 Extract & optimize CSS
🚿 Progressive hydration for SSR
So close. I am working on stacked navigation now, but pretty much everything else is in. Still need some more testing, but damn it has been pretty simple.
This is a conference app built with Ionic + @reactjs.
Nice post from @figmadesign on the State of Design Systems.
"the next big development in design systems will be design-code integrations to automate developer handoff"
This is something that I think we can have a big influence on with @stenciljs.
