Some infos about RingoJS versions: 1.2 ➡️ EOL ☠️ 2.1 ➡️ EOL ☠️ 3.x ➡️ Current Release with Jetty 9 ⚠️ 4.x ➡️ In Beta with Jetty 11 / Servlet 5.0 & Java 11+ ✅ ⚠️ RingoJS 3.x will turn EOL in June, because Jetty 9 reaches End of Community Support.

Sometimes maintaining a project like @ringojs feels like preventing the Red Bull (= the fallout of Node / V8 turning SSJS into a "the winner takes it all" market) to finally catch one of the last JVM-based platforms. There have been so many just 6 years ago 😔
