Leave to the PHP people to come up with a clean way of using React / Vue with a traditional web app monolith. @inertiajs looks like it would be productive to work in.
I've lived in full-on SPA land for a long time now. Essentially every @laravelphp app I've worked on to date has been an SPA.
I've been working with @inertiajs for a few weeks now and while it took me a minute to adapt to the mental model, it truly is a game changer.
Recently had to build something simple with both @LaravelLivewire and @inertiajs and I like both a lot. Really great options these days for building UIs without a ton of complexity. Wish I had these options 5 years ago. Or 1 year ago. 😅

Tested @inertiajs on a page to handle the front-page and admin interface. So so good. Can't wait to use it on two of my biggest projects at work this year. Am definitely convinced. Brilliant tool. Proudly becoming a sponsor!
@reinink@inertiajs I literally do not know what I did before Inertia. I honestly think it is the package that makes me smile the most.
My poor wife constantly has to look at how the page "refreshes" when I do a post back and then exclaim: "but everything still looks the same?"
I recently started building a new project with @laravelphp and @inertiajs. What a wonderful experience. You don't have to think about auth/routing/states/csrf/etc. in a SPA anymore. Just focus on what's important. Love it! 🤙
💥 Boom, @zgabievi just translated Ping CRM, the @inertiajs demo app, to @sveltejs!
Ping CRM is now available in the following flavours:
- Laravel/Vue.js
- Laravel/React
- Laravel/Svelte
- Ruby on Rails/Vue.js
Find them all here: inertiajs.com/demo-applicati…
Thanks everyone! 💜
@reinink thanks so much for creating @inertiajs. For the last couple years I was agonizing between choosing higher dev productivity with pure server-side vs the better end-user experience provided by SPAs. You've done a great job merging both worlds!
@inertiajs kills the API and blade, yields the view layer to JS land. Still requires you to learn JS but removes loads of boilerplate. One stack of view logic to rule them all.
A higher learning curve from the backend perspective, but what you learn in JS is neatly transferrable
Happy Monday morning folks! 👋
I've had a bunch of people asking me about a React version of Ping CRM, the @inertiajs demo app. Well...good news! Looks like @Landish just made that happen. 🎉
One of my New Years resolutions is to contribute more to open source. Today starts off with 'ravenberg/laravel-inertia-react-preset' package to scaffold new Laravel applications with #inertiajs, #reactjs and #tailwindcss. Check it out over at GitHub: github.com/ravenberg/laravel…
The quality of OSS landing pages/docs sites has gotten really impressive in the last few years.
I remember when it was totally standard to host your project on an ugly SourceForce page.
Now you've got things like @tailwindcss and @inertiajs setting a ridiculously high bar.
