Today the Ember Framework team moved 5 RFCs into final comment period.
These include the addition of logical operators to templates, deprecations for several rarely used APIs in templates, and the deprecation of array observers.

Deprecate <LinkTo> Component Positional Arguments
The {{link-to}} invocation syntax accepted positional arguments. These were superseded by named arguments when the <LinkTo> style was introduced. The positional argument style will be removed.

Deprecate Array Observers
Ember's Array Observer system, for example addArrayObserver, is no longer used by Ember internals. Events emitted by this system are synchronous, and their implementation has performance limits. New patterns replace this API.
