Hello all, an update: We met today, discussed the situation and our plans in depth, and have sent a private apology. We have documented some ways to ensure our speakers are welcomed and feel appreciated going forward. We'll have more specific details on Monday.

Hi all, we want to let you know that we are aware of the situation with one of Tuesday's speakers, have been discussing it internally, and are meeting tomorrow to figure out what steps need to be made to ensure the inclusivity of our event going forward.
