never in my life would i guess the aria spec for one tiny component is so involved. if you ever need to build a combobox, please just use @ariakitjs ~ on the brightside, i learned a shit ton and get a blog post outta it

Ariakit Solid 0.2 is coming soon, with tons of improvements and 4-5 new primitives including Focusable, Command, Button and Checkbox (maybe Portal too). still quite early but the progress is real, stay tuned!

I do something similar for @CleeveHQ when trying to save a collection or bookmark! In the public routes, a user could either be signed in or not. If they are not, this shows an authentication dialog. After the user is signed in, the flow continues naturally! Dialog built with @ariakitjs

i like to wrap destructive actions with areYouSure(), which opens a dialog and lets the user confirm or cancel
