Hours trying to get a map working in @expo on iOS 26. Tried Apple Maps — crash. Switched to a WebView — crash. iOS 26 + Expo SDK 55's New Architecture has a TurboModule bug that kills any app using native components in distribution builds? Works perfectly on my machine. Ships broken every time.

Did you post an issue about this? There is a fix in RN for a TurboModule NSException that isn't yet released - could it be related? github.com/facebook/react-na… It should not be about `EAS_USE_PRECOMPILED_MODULES` - this should be unrelated. (famous last words)

I actually wound up starting a project from scratch using their template and then placing all of the features from my original project into it step-by-step. I can dig up what the agent did to see what the problem was and how it overcame it if you want.
