Moscow is demanding that Ukraine “accepts reality” and withdraws from territory Russia hasn’t been able to conquer after 11 years of war and 1 million casualties because they refuse to accept the reality that Russia can’t conquer Donetsk.

As the meeting in Washington approaches, and Trump is trying to pressure Zelensky to give land to Putin, I do hope one thing is clear. Trump was, is and always will be in Putin’s camp. Everything we have seen since November was an act to help Putin. Trump has always wanted to screw Ukraine.

If putin could take all of Ukraine - he would have already done it. But he failed to do it at the battlefield and now is trying something else.

Since Putin wants to talk about “root causes,” let’s go back to Stalin who starved around 5 million Ukrainians in the Holodomor genocide and tried to erase Ukraine’s identity. Putin’s war is the same bloody Russian imperial playbook of genocide and denial.
