for a given UIBlurEffect style, UIVisualEffectView uses different combinations of CAFilters to achieve the look (shown in the video)
UIVibrancyEffectStyle is even more complicated, and used a color matrix

Chrome is actively implementing the new `attr()` function (with unit parsing), and I'm worried about @tailwindcss becoming this in the future, or a new wheel appearing.
