Very basic for now, but lots of features we might add:
• publish an app to /apps/by/[your-name]
• delete apps you don't want any more
• pagination (currently just shows the last 100)
• thumbnails?!
• open an app without the editor (great for sharing prototypes)
• etc

Added a much-requested feature to the Svelte website — you can now see a list of your saved apps from the user menu in the REPL, which takes you to svelte.dev/apps
