CSS-in-JS with near-zero runtime, SSR, multi-variant support, and a best-in-class DX. A project by @WorkOS.

Just merged the last PR to complete the move from styled-components to @stitchesjs for rathes.me/ Took me a lot longer than I thought, mostly because I was too lazy to do the legwork

My talk with @__fevr is now live 😳 youtu.be/wy9ZAadNdvM?t=702 I may or may not have babbled way too much. Note to self: don't overlap a live coding demo and a huge release 😫
Later today I'll be talking about ✨ building design systems with @stitchesjs ✨ I probably shouldn't be doing this, but it'll be a live coding type of talk I'll cover: - Philosophy - Tokens - Variants - DX - early preview of @radix_ui primitives fevr.it/eventi/2020/12/build…

Update: Working on this as a hackathon project with @mattcompiles and @JahredHope and we're making really good progress. We have an early prototype working across Emotion, Styled Components, and Treat, with Stitches currently in progress.
If I extracted Braid's layout components (seek-oss.github.io/braid-des…) into a standalone package that could work with any CSS/CSS-in-JS solution, would you use it?

I am really impressed with Stitches by @Modulz. Creating a design system with strong TypeScript support and ease of extension has never been easier. Great job @peduarte and team! 🚀

It's taken a while (the last 10% always takes 90% of the time…) but the 2020 #StateOfCSS survey results are finally available! stateofcss.com/ Thanks to all our translators, and especially Alexey Pyltsyn for his incredible help!

I haven't been much of a fan of js object syntax for css in the past, but I've been trying out @stitchesjs on a side project and it's quite fun so far. The performance promises and type-hinting make it really appealing right away. Good docs as well. stitches.dev/

Current @stitchesjs users 📢 How do you want it to work?
Interesting 🤔 Whilst researching for @stitchesjs I found that styled-components selectors behaves differently than Sass Chain `&` at the end — `.red&` - SC: chained - Sass: descendant Omit `&` in pseudo-class — `:hover` - SC: chained - Sass: descendant Thoughts, please?

Hey @stitchesjs users: do you need Jest snapshots and matchers à la styled-components? If so, I've got something for you (w/ credit to the Emotion team). It's a little green so forgive me if you need to file an issue: github.com/jaredLunde/jest-s…

I'm really digging this prefix format for @stitchesjs at the moment: • $ - tokens • @ - breakpoint "at breakpoint" just reads nicely (and feels "sass"-y) What's everyone else using?

Replying to @stitchesjs
@stitchesjs is the best. Now I'm pretty sure every CSS in JS libs should have (static) variants API as 1st class citizens.
