Outside of React you can just do this like a normal person would think to do it 😆
So that @RyanCarniato and everybody else building and using libraries with coarse updates don't have to say it, I will!
Thanks to `flushSync`, you can finally manage focus in React again 🙌 (but I will always love this.setState)

This new hook in @tan_stack solid-query simplifies making optimistic updates to mutations, following the SolidStart/Remix approach.
It allows subscribing to pending mutations anywhere in the app tree and displaying placeholder states without the need to manually manipulate the queryCache!
Happy to share that I've added a useMutationState hook to solid query! This allows solid query users to perform optimistic UI updates so much easier
