rightjs-plugins was also moved to nodejs based cli tools, now we have a pure javascript based environment in our codebase

rightjs-ui was moved to nodejs based cli tools and uglifyjs packer, now all the widgets will be even smaller!
just pushed all the RightJS 2.2.2 latest things on github, it now builds with uglifyjs and uses nodejs for the cli infrastructure!
hehe, while jq gets closer to 30k, rightjs 2.2.2 is actually loosing 0.5k in weight :)

I'm cleaning the core out of run time try/catch blocks and going to ditch the `$break` function. any objections?
