btw, now you can drag items between sortables if you need, and now it also works correctly with folded horizontal lists

I've renamed rightjs-goods into rightjs-plugins, as it should be from the beginning, don't loose it

Added bubbling emulation for all dom-events (including focus/blur/change/submit) for RightJS two.o.o
