Truly terrifying (though amusing!) presentation from @pixelyunicorn about client sites that use primarily IE6. I remember when that was the modern browser of choice. 😓
Watching @pixelyunicorn point out @queens_js during their “Web Development in 2018” talk that a bunch of internet users (primarily at schools and governments) still use IE6.
And Philly public schools have a 40 year IT contract so they might still be using it for a while!
Good talk at #QueensJS from @MrSnickers about accessibility for folks that need assistive technology. I was into this a lot when I started creating web sites in the HTML 4/XHTML days, & still strive to follow the intent of HTML standards, though I seem to be in the minority.
