Rollup finally got PostCSS 8 support too.
Update to rollup-plugin-postcss 4.0 and do not forget to add `postcss` to project’s dependencies.

PostCSS 8.1.12 was released with important feature for future plugin API updates.
PostCSS will suggest you to update itself on unknown event in plugin (and show current PostCSS version).

Turns out, Webpacker 5.2.1 (latest) includes postcss-loader 3, which includes postscss 7. I had to upgrade postcss-loader to v4, and add a workaround to set the config properly until webpacker releases a new version. github.com/rails/webpacker/i…
Now we have Browserslist config syntax highlight in VS Code thanks to @wspwebben.
You can install the extension to VS Code by `webben.browserslist` name.

Autoprefixer 10.0.3 was released.
We made a type in `mask-composite` values processing. Lucky for us that @crankysparrow found that mistakes and fixed `subtract` → `subtract`.
