Who's using @pnpmjs? Ember!
Ember supports pnpm out of the box for apps, as well as uses it internally to manage dependencies for the framework itself!

Our Rust rewrite of pnpm is close to being ready for experimental usage. However, the performance of it is not very good at the moment. Maybe someone with experience in Rust can help us find the bottleneck. Join the discussion: github.com/orgs/pnpm/discuss…
Went to pnpm.io to settle a debate with my boss on the official casing of 'pnpm'. Saw 'pnPm' on the homepage, was confused, refreshed, saw 'PnpM', and realized they're hilariously addressing the internet's confusion with it 😂 Thanks for the laughs @pnpmjs
It hasn't happened yet (merging today!!!), but I wrote a big ol blog post on the giant migration of DefinitelyTyped to a @pnpmjs monorepo! I am super excited for this. Again thank you @atcb@sanders_n@zkochan and everyone else.

Would it be fine to resolve transitive deps from cache, while resolving direct dependencies always from the latest metadata?
So, transitive dependencies might be 1day or one week outdated. Direct ones will always be latest
Looks like reflinks on Windows Dev Drives don't work well. So, I'll revert this performance optimization for now in pnpm.
If you had issues on Windows 11 with 8.9.0 or 8.9.1 you can track the following issue (and maybe give us more details):

. @srdrabx has finally fixed the creation of reflinks on macOS and Windows Dev Drive! When we release the fix, @pnpmjs will be a lot faster on these systems as it appears that cloning is faster than creating hard links.
