We migrated from yarn 1 to @pnpmjs and from Jest to uvu (also other dependencies cleaning). It reduced node_modules a lot and speed up CI 2-3x times: 1 minute → 30 seconds. Before: github.com/postcss/autoprefi… After: github.com/postcss/autoprefi…

Replying to @turborepo
@turborepo + @pnpmjs really got my attention, in fact, I was with my eyes on PNPM years ago, but it wasn’t ready yet. Today it’s my main package manager, but it’s integration with Turborepo gave me another level of monorepo management! Thanks @jaredpalmer ✌🏻

У @7rulnik вышел очень крутой доклад про сравнение npm, yarn 2+ и pnpm. Я наконец-то понял, почему pnpm совершил революцию в использовании ссылок. Для пользователей npm доклад прямо обязателен — часто мы не понимаем насколько npm плох.
