The other way I exchange information between different devices and draw in p5.js is to use MQTT (MQTT over WebSocket ), which is often used in IoT.

We’re sharing a special message from Lauren Lee McCarthy @laurenleemack, the creator of p5.js @p5xjs to officially wrap up our 2023 fundraiser 🌸 Thank you to Lauren for this message, and to our community that keeps our open source ecosystem welcoming 🥹 youtu.be/0ft4XohXIqU
Managing €450,000 in funding for an open-source software project has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding, allowing us to compensate @p5xjs contributors for their invaluable work. Thanks to all the 70+ @p5xjs contributors in Round 1, more soon for Round 2! 🌸🌱
Excited to share that 🌸p5.js received €250,000 for Round 2 of the @sovtechfund#ContributeBackChallenges. 🌟
Thanks to STF Round 1 funding, we worked with 70+ contributors to transform 100+ p5.js docs, which will be published in Round 2.

✍️In the next 4 months, we plan to unveil the updated documents from Round 1 on a new website, enhance documentation accessibility via translation, migrate p5.js Reference documentation to JSDoc, and expand the community sourced content.
✨Upon the completion of Round 2, p5.js will be able to share all the accessibility-centered work completed through this #ContributeBackChallenges. Thank you @sovtechfund for the support to work on increasing accessibility and documentation of the p5.js community.
