📣 v4.1.12 is now live via the `next` dist tag! This version includes a number of different fixes and optimizations that vastly improve the DX of NativeWind. Please give it a try and let us know if you spot anything treacherous. We think this is the one fam 🥳

📣 v4.1.11 update Ran into some challenges last week testing 4.1.11 and have been working to resolve them since. Primarily, we're working on getting fast refresh to work properly. We'll be on stream in the Discord this week fixing it. We've fixed some other stuff for now 👇

✨v4.1.11 available on `next` later this week - We've been testing some changes that dramatically improve fast refresh speed. - Testing said changes is the only thing standing in the way of publishing 4.1 to `latest` so, barring any issues, that release should follow soon after.

Elon won’t let me set the time to 12:30pm but just an FYI that we’ll be starting a bit later nitter.catsarch.com/i/spaces/1nAJEpqPbboGL

📣 v4.1 Updates We're drastically reducing the time to load on app start! We do this by - minimizing the size of the minified js file output to the cache files - changing StyleRule & StyleRuleSet from objects to arrays We're expecting a 69% (nice) improvement in v4.1.11 😎

📣 v4.1.7 is now available via the `next` dist tag on npm We're working to resolve at least one more issue prior to releasing to `latest` (target this week). Beginning later this week, we'll be focused on migrating the docs to v4 and and getting them fully up-to-date with v4.1.

Combined with @nativewindcss, if you know how to use it in react-native, you can use it in Expo, Next.js and any other react environment whether that’s iOS, Android or the web
Tailwind is such a joy to use. If you learn one utility class, you know all utility classes. If you implement something on one project, it works on all projects. And it never breaks. It works exactly as it worked since v0.3 and keeps getting better and faster.

Using @nativewindcss with breakpoint prefixes like ‘lg:some-class md:other-class’ is a great way to do responsive in react-native or universal apps

Soon after we publish v4.1, attention will shift heavily to the docs and onboarding. Thinking about how to best engage the OSS community to help. So far - replace v2 docs with v4 docs - review/merge existing PRs - list known updates to make - publicly celebrate people that help

1⃣ We're delaying publishing v4.1 to next week, want to ensure there are no major regressions 2⃣ Until then, you can use the canary version of 4.1 in your project or just pass 4.1 in your `package.json` 3⃣ Starting today, please open issues on GitHub rather than on Discord

We're doing another day of testing before releasing to `latest` but 4.1 is now available via the `canary` tag on npm.

I have 2 internal benchmarks for @nativewindcss 1⃣ Number of open source contributions per month 2⃣ How long does it take to get to the "aha!" moment? The "aha" moment is when the NativeWind DX clicks for a user, they're in. These benchmarks define how we prioritize work on NW
