PSA: IANA TZDB removed many three-letter time zone abbreviations that were not in common use. Thus, they are missing from moment timezone.

Moment-timezone v 0.5.12 with IANA tzdb v 2017b released today. This changes the 2010-2020 build to a 2012-2022 build. Reminder - still 0.
