Friendly Machine Learning For The Web.
ml5.js aims to make machine learning approachable for a broad audience of artists, creative coders, and students.
We had a blast at @eyeofestival! Our very own @shiffman live-coded a browser-based game with the help of the audience! There are lots of fun tools in here - @p5xjs, @runwayml, Google Teachable Machine & of course ml5! The talk is live, take a look! 🚂🌈 vimeo.com/354276216
Thanks! I also just released a new version npmjs.com/package/@tensorflo… with some bugfixes and improvements to tooltip rendering. I'm also beginning to think ahead to possible bigger updates, so any feedback or feature requests are welcome!
When @thecodingtrain returns (soon!) I cannot wait to show the (in progress) @ml5js neuralNetwork() function that configures a neural network based on a CSV or JSON dataset and trains your model in the browser. (Heroic effort by @leejoeyk@yining_shi and many more contributors!)

#Posenet w/ @ml5js , @p5xjs & #Tonejs Each bar plays a chord tone. The center bar is the root note & the further away you get from center the more tension is added to the chord. Drop down menu can change chord quality. Check it out here: editor.p5js.org/mrbombmusic/…
Happy Monday! Have you seen this new feature? We're shouting about the Sound Classifier! Code snippets, tutorials & examples can all be found here > ml5js.org/reference/api-soun…

Loving running two complementary classes at once! Today students from each class (Bots and machine learning/ Physical computing for beginners) are teaching each other what they've learned & setting up @arduino to run some @p5xjs@ml5js stuff on the web together. So cool!!!
Experimenting with this stuff wouldn’t have been possible for marginally technical folks like me if it weren’t for amazing tools like @ml5js, brain.js, synaptic.js, and wekinator. Thank youuuuu. ml5js.org/
I modified the project on @glitch to add a laurel crown and toga to your video image instead. Using @ml5js, it adds the crown by detecting your ears and the toga by detecting your shoulders: ur-a-roman.glitch.me/
My Latest artwork, #TweetMood, that tries to determine the current mood of the world. For that it gets the latest tweets from Twitter and have them classified by an AI Model (ML5)
Tech: #P5JS, #CodeBird (for the Twitter API) and #ML5 (for the AI model)

You've seen our new website but have you tried our new features?! Take a peek at pix2pix, an image-to-image translation with conditional adversarial networks, ported by the incredible @yining_shiml5js.org/reference/api-Pix2…
If you haven’t yet checked out @ml5js now is the time, there’s a brand new website and release!
This project is great for creative coders & people learning ML especially w/ a JavaScript background.
If you find TensorFlow.js overwhelming give ML5 a shot. & the team is amazing!
