Friendly Machine Learning For The Web.
ml5.js aims to make machine learning approachable for a broad audience of artists, creative coders, and students.
A6: The new @ml5js library is so cool & seems like a great pairing & compliment with p5 esp for intermediate projects Im completely obsessed! Plus I hear #machinelearning is kind of a big deal these days @shiffman has been doing some good starting tutorials #backtoschoolwithp5js
Got #posenet working in @ml5js next step: figure out how to isolate each different part but for now got some trippy trails going. Will try full body when wife isnt around to ask "what the hell are you doing over there?!" 😊 #p5js#machinelearning#ml5js
Playing with text-to-image generation is really interesting. I made a small app to generate images in real time while you type. It's like having a visual translator.
Next step, port it to @runwayml
I'll add more videos in this thread. Some results are very surprising.
Exploring a new idea with @agermanidis: Scene Transfer
This clip is in between scary and funny (wait for the end)
But interacting with it realtime feels like having a digital costume, I wonder what this might mean for actresses and actors

In which I attempt to get explain how transfer learning works underneath the hood of projects like @Google Creative Lab’s Teachable Machine. Did I get it right?
A little over a year ago we launched deeplearn.js — we’ve come so far since then with TensorFlow.js.
I continue to be amazed at the quality of OSS contributions from our community, thanks to *everyone* who makes this happen!
Playing w @ml5js & @p5xjs Using regression with feature extractor Location of hand changes size of circle and amplitude of oscillator Having lots of fun great intro to #machinelearning seeing lots of possibilities inspired by @shiffman live stream youtube.com/watch?v=mfOL2RIy…
