Friendly Machine Learning For The Web.
ml5.js aims to make machine learning approachable for a broad audience of artists, creative coders, and students.
Just gave my students an in-class exercise to "draw with your nose", using the unannounced new @ml5js body-tracking templates that @shiffman tucked in my replies. The whole class had it working in less than 20 minutes. 👃🎨👌

I made a basic @p5xjs template that sends requests to OpenAI GPT API.
The template can answer questions, and you can add more UI to make it into a chatbot, a tutor, or a game!
You can remix the p5 sketch here: editor.p5js.org/yining/sketc…#p5js#openai#GPT

We'll continue to share updates about changes to our processes here. We invite the community to join us in envisioning strategies to help avoid similar issues in the future. Join the ml5.js Discord if you'd like to continue the discussion. discord.gg/XF45gckF
Additionally, we'll reflect on strategies for preventing similar issues from happening in the future, starting with a review of other currently supported models and examples for similar issues.
