Last night I finished building the new @LeedsJS prize draw system!
It pulls the prizes from the website, works out where it should get the winners from (form entries or tweets) and then picks winners!
It looks awful, but it's automated!

As an autistic female, I welcome the CoC and it is great that it is read out. I have been to a lot of events where I got criticised for being autistic, LeedsJS isn't one of them. #ActuallyAutistic

We had some feedback from our last event that reading the CoC gave a weird vibe to the rest of the event
Reading the CoC ensures that we make it clear what we expect from people at our events
If this makes you uncomfortable, maybe look at why, rather than say that we shouldn't
