This proposal reduces the confusion between `constructor` and `init` in Ember. It closes a functionality gap (access to injections in `constructor`) and documents a migration path for existing `init` use.

Ember is adopting decorator syntax, widely used in other JS ecosystems, despite bumps in the standards process. This RFC commits Ember to using decorators and discusses how to isolate users from possible churn.

This is pretty much why everyone should find #EmberJS very fascinating.
To me this is what makes Octane so interesting. It's not just features. In fact, it's barely about features. Instead @emberjs is focused on things like documentation, code mods, and programming model coherence. I've never seen anything like it and I'm so excited.
