@Dhanush_027 and I wrote an RFC for standardization of the use of yarn/npm scripts. This change encourages developers to use npm/yarn for certain commands when working with Ember rather than ember-cli commands.

Another thing we asked: what addons do you always use?
ember-concurrency is still in the top spot for survey respondents, but ember-cli-typescript was not far behind!
We also love our helpers- ember-truth-helpers & ember-composable-helpers seem to be a must-have! ^MS
