I really enjoyed speaking at @dotJS this year. The organizers (@sylvinus, @ferdinandboas, @Vinczimmer, @Doh1313 and more) were wonderful and promoted an inclusive + carbon neutral 😍 conference. The format was amazing - 18 min talks, attentive audience, amazing speaker lineup.

I love the approach of @dotJS organizers with trying to keep the event carbon neutral and being aware of the environmental issues. 🌎 They even created an open source calculator for estimations 👉 github.com/dotconferences/do… 🙌👏 I’m waiting for the plastic reduce #lesswaste #dotjs

How I keep myself engaged at a conference: 1. A really good view of the speaker's face (seeing small expressions and eye movement etc. is ✨) 2. Scrawl down a disposable real-time summary of each talk 3. Have @floreenpigny live sketching in your eyeline 🤩 (not pictured) #dotjs
