There are several reasons for Capacitor, but my favourites are:
👀 No magic (re)generation of the native iOS / Android project
🙌 No overwrite of my native project settings
This part is really big in removing the black box feeling you sometimes have when working with Cordova.

It's funny how I have changed from "not sure about @capacitorjs" to basically using it in 100% of my new projects. And I feel like it was the right decision now that Capacitor 3.0 is around the corner 🎉
