Discovered another potential use for canjs.com/doc/can-query-logi… (released in @canjs 5.0) .... dead code elimination! It can determine that:
( (foo < 0 || foo > 20) || (foo > 0 && foo <= 20) )
is the same as:
(foo !== 0)
