MacBook Pro M1 Max scores an absurd 277 on the Speedometer 2.0 test of JS/web perf. Almost twice as fast as the fastest DESKTOP iMac money can buy. And a +20% over the regular M1 MacBook. Keep waiting for Apple's chip steam to run out, but so far no such luck for Intel. Damn.
