Me and @jullerino are hacking on automatic hydration for server-rendered "use client"-components component by generating a `<script>`-tag on the server that gets picked up by the browser

Y'all are missing a huge, well deserved nominee for github stars and that's @alexdotjs. Just saying @trpcio revolutionised an aspect of web dev and it made our lives easier, and this guy is a factor why I landed my first job, his impact on our community can't be understated โค๏ธ

Just shipped a starter template for TypeScript libs featuring @turborepo @pnpmjs and Changesets as well as some pretty nice Github Actions workflows to automate the release flow w/ support for canary releases with a single click. Check it out: github.com/juliusmarminge/acโ€ฆ

I often build @zodtypes schemas based on interfaces from libraries etc - is there a nice utility for that? I spent a few minutes doing this but I think the error messages could be more contextual typescriptlang.org/play?#codโ€ฆ

Confession: I am not a big fan of serverless but I barely dare tweeting about it

Also, I bet vercel will have a autotoscaled "serverful"(?) offering within a year (with sexy branding)

My #1 fav thing about serverless tho is that my shitty code won't crash the app for many users by am uncaught exception or memory leaks. So I guess what I really want is Apache for node

Unfortunately, I've made a lot of them since this
I would reaalllyyy not complain if I never had to make nor integrate another custom date๐Ÿ“†/phoneโ˜Ž๏ธ/card๐Ÿ’ณ/autocomplete๐Ÿ”Ž input again in my life

Is there a way to throw errors in server actions and propagate them to the client?

UploadThing is now LIVE! We worked hard to make file uploads as easy as possible for TypeScript devs. I think we did it. uploadthing.com

In case you didn't know, you get batching automatically with trpc ๐Ÿ™ƒ
๐ŸคฏI still like this demo shown here a lot: combining React Query with dataloader. If you have an API that can batch requests, but you still want to treat them as separate "detail-query" resources, this is for you: github.com/TanStack/query/diโ€ฆ
