Anyone has a good workflow of having email templates in their codebase whilst having a decent developer experience when making them and being able to create them on the fly with variables etc?
Is react-email good? mjml? [...]?

I declare types, but almost only for primitive return types (boolean, string, number, etc)
I wouldn't go as far as calling declared types "tech debt" though.. this is subjective.
In TS esp I find declaring more unsafe than inferring as you might leak extra stuff accidentally

I'd add simple arrays of primitive types here (like string[]) too
so i just had a little issue at work
i am writing some csv crap and i accidentally changed the shape of my variable (string[] -> number[][]) (forgot join(","))
i type my return, error within function, ya!
i then thought, what if i dont?
no errors
writes incorrect csv
