The debugging experience of native features tends to be better. Just like debugging non-downlevelled code. TS is a way to write JS. It aids the mental separation of concerns to avoid runtime features that are not part JS.

I've been building #microservices in #dotnet over the last few weeks. @stryker_mutator has really helped me lift the quality of the tests. The coverage is in the mid 90s but Stryker really helped me find the corner spots where I'd missed assertions and verifications.
