I'm now an invited expert for TC39, around community+ecosystem tooling. Very excited to give perspective on great tools like linters to the committee. Huge shoutout & thanks to @NicoloRibaudo for pushing for my & other tooling folks to be involved in TC39! ❤️‍🔥

I just realized that Pest, a PHP test framework, has built-in support for Mutation Testing. Is this using @infection_php under the hood?

I just noticed that @izs chose to drop support for node 18 for a lot of his packages ~9 months before the official end of life. Has anyone else taken notice? Was there a blog article that I missed? In this issue he states > They won't upgrade to v11 by accident, because it's semver major. github.com/isaacs/node-lru-c… I can say for a fact that I did do just that: upgrade by accident. My CI didn't fail because engine requirements are not enforced by default (unless you use `--engine-strict`). I have a lot of dependencies and I judged these to be low-risk, so I didn't read the changelog (my mistake!). My integration tests all succeeded as well. Has anyone else run into this issue?
