Found @HostMyApple who's lowest price point specs seem legit, has root access, which @MacinCloud, doesnt, but they are out of stock so cant sign up.

GraphQL servers typically serve JSON over HTTP, so you don't HAVE to use a client library at all. You can just use whatever HTTP request library you were already using and it will "work"
