Previously, @meteorjs spaces, such as the Forum and GitHub, had separate guidelines, which lacked a unified approach. We have centralized our norms to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across all platforms.

With Meteor 3.0, we are finally removing our dependency on Fibers to handle promises in favor of using the Node.js async/await pattern.
This dependency was preventing @meteorjs from upgrading from Node 14 to newer versions, which is very sad.
Instead of focusing on Node 16, we chose Node 18 to release the new version!
The big news is…
Our team has managed to make great progress, our tests are passing and our target for Meteor 3.0 is now @nodejs 20. 🥳
