My dream last night consisted of Artemis getting another cat pregnant and me having to deal with finding homes for all of them. Considering he's neutered I have no idea how that'd work but at least the dream kittens were cute...
I hate how much Artemis is suffering right now. He can't eat or poop easily because of the cone. Is in constant discomfort because of the nerves healing and can't clean himself so has to put up with me picking poop out if his furry butt. So ready for him to have a normal life!
Arty had some supervised time out of the cone and the bathroom. I say we both definitely enjoyed it!

Woke up to loud meowing and banging, turns out Arty after being confined to the bathroom manages to somehow open the sink cupboard, get in, close it and the proceed to panic. How did he fit through the door with a cone of shame on? Who knows...

Artemis's surgery went well. His butt and tail nub are going to take some time to heal so the next couple of days are going to be rough. Long term though it was for the best

I know this probably sounds over dramatic, as losing a tails not the end of the world and is a much better option than if we'd waited a week or two and it had spread to his body.

Today hurts, the cyst in Artemis's tail has grown and not shrunk like they hoped. They say the best course of action is to amputate his tail as its too large a cyst to remove. I feel guilty that I could have done more even though we caught it early and it was out of my control.

Getting my emissions test done. Two kids in the waiting room. Ones screeching the John Cena theme tune and the others got her phone at max volume watching YouTube...send help

My cats farts should be classified as biological weapons. Holy shit they're horrific and he just follows me around wanting to cuddle and then farts...RIP nose.

Start your evening off right by chasing your cat around trying to clean it's poopy butt with a moist towelette...cones of shame lead to a very ungroomed cat...

This Collectors Edition preorders incredibly tempting...I get a model tank and I love the game series...seems worth it to me.

Had to drop this little walking furry guilt trip off at the vets this morning. Going to spoil him rotten after hes out as he's been such a good boy about it all.

This is Artemis. He's 1.5 years old and a giant fluffy snuggle bug.
I've had him for 2.5 weeks now but wanted to keep it quiet as those who know me know that me trying to have a cat before has been a bit of a disaster on my part.
