Arty's surgery went really well. He's drugged up and a bit miserable in his cone. Cheddar's miss him and is playing nurse and insists on trying to groom him.

Just dropped Arty off for surgery. Heartbreaks every single time.
He's so damn well behaved the entire time that it makes it even harder to leave him there.

So Arty no longer trusts any food I put in front of him. He's convinced it always has Benadryl in...which to be fair it always does. But still it's either that or wrestling him and yeeting it down his throat...

I've been a mess all day, filled with anxiety about Arty's health. They both my everything so I'm so scared of losing one of them. I hope removing the lump is the end of it and he can go back to being a happy, healthy chaos demon.

Well that was a long trip. He has a swollen lymph-node and the growth could possibly be a common for cats skin cancer. Surgery is on Tuesday to remove it and get it tested.
Bad news is he has to wear a cone again afterwards...he's not going to like that.

Found a bump on Arty's back thigh yesterday. Really hoping it's just a bug bite but also super paranoid it's a similar thing to growth that got his tail.
If this cat starts losing more appendages I'm going to feel awful. Off to the vets tomorrow.

Finally tried a new kickboxing place and hated every moment of it. Not sure if I was just spoiled by my old place but this one felt like a bunch of hyper active people flailing around with no form. I got absolutely nothing from it.
I wanted to leave halfway through...
